Apostle-Elect Dr. Rose Thomas is a Kingdom agent of change, educator, and entrepreneur whose life and ministry exemplify an unwavering commitment to the Kingdom of God. She is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Unfailing Love Christian Church, a thriving apostolic center rooted in the five-fold ministry and the demonstration of the power of God through the unfailing love of Christ, where the uncompromised Word of God is taught, and disciples are equipped to fulfill the mandate God has placed upon the Ekklesia for mobilization.

 

Born in Wagram, North Carolina, Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas began her academic journey in the Scotland County School System. Her professional path led her to earn an Associate’s Degree in Networking from Durham Technical Community College. With a divine calling to deeper theological study, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Religion and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University. Her academic journey culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy in Church Revitalization from Kingdom Builders School of Theology, where she currently serves as both a professor and Board Member.

 

Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas answered the call to ministry in October 1997, and her spiritual formation was nurtured under the leadership of Pastor John C. Fitzpatrick, Jr., at One Love Ministries. Her ecclesiastical ordinations reflect a steady ascent in Kingdom service: ordained a Deacon in 2007, licensed as a Minister in 2011, ordained an Elder later that same year, and ultimately, called to pastor in 2012. Out of this calling, Unfailing Love Christian Church was birthed as an apostolic center covered by Apostle Dr. Shirley Wade Anthony of Repairer of the Breach International Ministries.

 

In addition to her pastoral leadership, Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas is an IT Analyst at Duke University. She is a devoted wife to Deacon Marvin Thomas and a loving mother to their two children, Chelsea and Isaiah, whom she considers precious gifts from God.

Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas is known for her compassionate heart, especially toward the lost, brokenhearted, and overlooked. Her ministry is centered on three core principles: demonstrating God’s love, rightly dividing the Word of truth, and equipping disciples to walk in healing and wholeness. Her apostolic leadership has earned community recognition, including The Light 103.9 Pastor of the Month, the Unsung Heroes Award for outstanding community service, and the SpeakLife Award for her spiritual impact.

Guided by John 13:34-35, which commands believers to love one another as Christ loves us, Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas remains a faithful ambassador of the Gospel. She often testifies that it was God’s unfailing love that restored and sustained her, and it is this same love that she seeks to extend to everyone she encounters.
