Apostle-Elect Dr. Rose Thomas is a Kingdom leader, educator, entrepreneur, and agent of transformation whose life and ministry reflect an unwavering commitment to advancing the governing influence of God. She is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Unfailing Love Christian Church, a thriving apostolic center rooted in five-fold ministry, Kingdom order, and the demonstration of God’s power through the unfailing love of Christ. Through the uncompromised teaching of the Word of God, she equips and mobilizes disciples to understand their Kingdom identity, steward their God-given assignments, and faithfully represent Christ within their spheres of influence.

Born in Wagram, North Carolina, Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas began her academic journey in the Scotland County School System. Her professional development led her to earn an Associate’s Degree in Networking from Durham Technical Community College. In response to a divine call to deeper theological preparation, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Religion and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University. Her academic journey culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy in Church Revitalization from Kingdom Builders School of Theology, where she currently serves as a professor and Board Member, stewarding her knowledge and experience to equip emerging and established Kingdom leaders.

Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas answered the call to ministry in October 1997, and her spiritual formation was nurtured under the leadership of Pastor John C. Fitzpatrick, Jr., at One Love Ministries. Her ecclesiastical journey reflects progressive responsibility, faithful stewardship, and alignment with God’s purpose: she was ordained a Deacon in 2007, licensed as a Minister in 2011, ordained an Elder later that same year, and called to pastor in 2012. From this assignment, Unfailing Love Christian Church was birthed as an apostolic center under the covering of Apostle Dr. Shirley Wade Anthony of Repairer of the Breach International Ministries.

In addition to her pastoral leadership, Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas serves professionally as an IT Analyst at Duke University and as a member of the Duke Cancer Institute Community Advisory Council. Her service reflects a commitment to extending Kingdom influence beyond the local church and into the broader community. Through community engagement, advocacy, education, and efforts that strengthen access to resources, she intentionally stewards her voice, experience, and leadership to help shape environments where individuals, families, institutions, and communities can flourish. She views community service as an important sphere of Kingdom assignment through which godly values, compassionate leadership, and responsible influence can produce meaningful impact.

Her heart for people is especially evident in her compassion for the lost, brokenhearted, underserved, and overlooked. Through pastoral ministry, community outreach, education, and civic engagement, she works to cultivate transformation in people and strengthen the communities she serves. Her apostolic leadership is expressed through building people, establishing Kingdom order, cultivating leaders, and equipping believers to carry their assignments with wisdom, authority, integrity, and faithful stewardship within their respective spheres of influence.

Her commitment to ministry, leadership development, and community transformation has been recognized through several honors, including The Light 103.9 Pastor of the Month, the Unsung Heroes Award for outstanding community service, and the SpeakLife Award for her spiritual impact. Her enduring desire is to see people transformed, leaders equipped, communities strengthened, and Kingdom influence expanded across generations and spheres of society.

 

Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas is a devoted wife to Deacon Marvin Thomas and a loving mother to their two children, Chelsea and Isaiah, whom she considers precious gifts from God. Guided by John 13:34–35, which commands believers to love one another as Christ loves us, Apostle-Elect Dr. Thomas remains a faithful ambassador of the Gospel and representative of Kingdom culture. She often testifies that it was God’s unfailing love that restored and sustained her, and she intentionally extends that same love through her ministry, leadership, service, and relationships.
